Improve your performance with a warm-up. A 10-20 minute “warm-up” is a great way to build a cardiovascular base, get some volume in, and practice technique. There’s a lot of value in the “warm-up” so don’t treat it as an afterthought. Put it at the forefront every day you go to the gym, start a hike, or go on a run, whatever it is that you do to "Earn It".
