Favorite drink:
Definitely a time and place kind of drinker, always something citrusy and refreshing if it warm out. Anything with passion fruit usually does the trick in that category. Late-night drinking I'm always gonna go with an old-fashioned. Dive bar or anywhere else I'm goin shot of something Irish and a Budweiser.

What does it mean to you to “Earn Your Booze”?
To me, the phrase just means trying to find balance. I also like looking at it as a way of getting rid of the "cheat day" or "cheat meal" and looking at it in the aspect of, "okay I'm going out later so I gotta get the fuck after it right now."

How do you EYB?
Jiu Jitsu has been my main focus as of recently, which felt really good to get back into after taking about 8-9 years of not getting onto a mat. I've dabbled in a little bit of rock climbing, Crossfit, wrestling, MMA, Muay Thai and a few other things throughout the years. I just honestly can't sit still and I love setting goals and working towards attaining them. Obviously getting in the gym and lifting and running occasionally too.

What advice do you have for those who want to EYB and improve their health/fitness?
Consistency. That's always going to be the main thing. You have to make a commitment to putting in the work on a daily basis, schedule it in like a work shift. And I think one of the things that has really helped me the most has been monitoring my water intake, track how much you drink. It helps so much.
